You can email submissions@campuscyclingcollective.com to send us photos or links to albums. We would love to start creating photo albums here on on website for posterity, as well as sharing on social media.

If you send us a full photo album, we would download and rehost the photos here on our site in a new photo album. We will credit you in the album description, and include a link to your site/socials if you want.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us (Campus Cycling Collective, Inc) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit the User Content in connection with our business and the platform, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the platform (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the User Content or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the license provided above.
• The User Content, and our use thereof as contemplated by this agreement, does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) violate any applicable law or regulation; or (iii) be defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
